1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or requesting any service from CMG Auto Repairs & Tire Shop ("the shop", "we", "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

We provide computerized diagnostics, general mechanical repairs, brake service, tires, climate control (A/C), electrical troubleshooting, scheduled maintenance, and official NY State DMV inspections at our facility located at 93-44 43rd Ave, Elmhurst, NY 11373. Service information, turnaround estimates, and published starting prices are for reference and may vary based on actual vehicle inspection.

3. Estimates and Pricing

• Prices shown on the website represent baseline rates ("From $X") and are not guaranteed final prices.
• Prior to commencing repair work, you will receive a transparent, itemized estimate that requires your approval.
• No additional work beyond the approved estimate will be performed without your prior authorization.
• The NY State DMV inspection fee corresponds to the official statutory rate established by the State of New York.

4. Hours of Operation & Walk-Ins

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We welcome walk-in customers subject to bay availability and queue order.

5. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our repairs with a comprehensive labor warranty. If an issue recurs directly related to the work performed by our shop, we will rectify it at no additional cost within the agreed warranty period. This warranty does not cover customer-supplied parts, vehicle misuse or neglect, or pre-existing unrelated mechanical issues.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle history, removing personal valuables prior to leaving the vehicle, and picking up the vehicle within the agreed timeline. The shop is not liable for personal belongings left unattended inside vehicles.

7. Limitation of Liability

CMG Auto Repairs & Tire Shop shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of vehicle use, or incidental expenses incurred during normal diagnosis or repair periods, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

8. Trademark Notice

All brand names, automotive makes, and tire manufacturer logos referenced on this site belong to their respective trademark holders and are used solely to indicate service compatibility and available products. No direct endorsement or formal affiliation is implied.

9. Modifications to Terms
